Stone Island Previews Brightly-Colored and Technical SS21 Outerwear
Introducing new technical pieces and more statement knitwear.
Stone Island has returned with a first look at its Spring/Summer 2021 collection. The new seasonal range from the Italian label continues to build on its key themes, with innovative techniques used alongside stand-out outerwear items.
For SS21, Stone Island has looked to create a new “neo-luxury,” mixing references to performance wear and workwear. Throughout the collection, the brand places its signature innovative textiles and techniques alongside organic materials and a focus on the hand feel of various items.
SS21 sees a diverse color palette, spanning from muted staples of black, navy and beige to eye-catching items in neon green, pink and bright blue. The collection also features a series of classic Stone Island items, including zip-up overshirts, lightweight jackets and reinterpreted parkas.
Away from the collection’s outerwear, Stone Island’s SS21 range also includes a number of key knitwear items. While hoodies and sweatshirts feature a subtle red cross logo, other knitwear items feature Stone Island’s signature compass badge blown up to cover the entire body.
