Jason Markk Creates Custom Sneaker Cleaning Kit for Tokyu Hands
The Japanese department store’s branding appears on a two-piece kit of Markk sneaker cleaning essentials.
Jason Markk has created a special version of its signature two-piece Essentials cleaning kit for Japanese department store Tokyu Hands. Though Markk’s signature solution and stiff-bristled brush remain unchanged in their composition, both bottle and brush — and even the package they come in — feature special graphic details for a touch of Tokyu Hands flair.
Packaging is usually purple-accented, but here it features a strip of Tokyu Hands’ signature green on the bottom and a co-branded detail up top. “Premium” runs up its right side, intersecting with the translucent plastic window that reveals the cleaning solution and brush packaged inside. Much like its packaging, the 4 oz bottle of shoe cleaner offers up a green strip and Tokyu Hands embellishment while trading in its standard clear plastic build for an opaque white plastic. Its accompanying brush boasts sturdy bristles for vigorous cleaning, and features a wood handle with lasered Jason Mark/Tokyu Hands graphics.
This Tokyu Hands-exclusive Jason Markk cleaning kit is available via Tokyu Hands’ webstore and retail locations now, and is priced at a tax-included ¥2,640 JPY (approximately $25 USD).
