Tesla Sets New Company Record With 139,300 Q3 Deliveries

Surpassing the 112,000 delivered vehicles from Q4 2019.

Tesla has just released its 2020 Q3 report for vehicle production and deliveries. Surprisingly, the electric automotive manufacturer has set a new record with 139,300 total delivered vehicles — 124,100 coming from the Model 3/Y and 15,200 from the Model S/X.

The previous record was recorded at 112,000 new cars delivered in Q4 of 2019. While this is good business news for the company, Tesla is still fairly behind its annual target of half a million vehicles delivered. The electric car manufacturer will need to push hard to make up this year’s early setbacks caused by the ongoing Coronavirus.
