Reebok Introduces New "Liquify" Collection With Magma and Deep Sea Inspirations
New takes on the DMX Trail Hydrex, DMX Trail Shadow and more for October.

Reebok is bringing back some its most diverse and experimental trail designs from the early 2000s for the brand’s latest “Liquify” Collection, an homage to liquid magma and the deep sea. The limited capsule spans five releases across four models, each with vibrant pops of sea foam greens and teals with a lone pair adding in some magma hues of vibrant crimson for good measure.
The archival trail and running models featured include the Reebok DMX Trail Shadow, the Reebok Trail Hydrex, the Reebok Premier Road Modern and the Reebok 3D Storm. According to Reebok’s press release, the azure shades mixing with yellow hints are a nod “to the bioluminescent creatures that live on the ocean floor.” Meanwhile, the Premier Road Modern’s use of transparent and patent panels alludes to glaciers breaking apart when coming into contact with volcanic material.
The slip-on DMX Trail Hybrid mirrors the oceanic theme through a synthetic light grey upper giving way to a darker grey midsole with energetic teal striping throughout. Just last month we got a preview of the XIMONLEE x Reebok DMX Trail Hydrex boasting a similar magma-esque colorway.
The Reebok “Liquify” Collection will be available in both men’s and women’s size runs at select retailers starting at $180 USD. Be on the lookout for the five pairs to arrive in mid-October.
