adidas Consortium Crafts Quartet of Premium Leather Rod Lavers
Choose from reptile, ostrich, aniline, or cracked leather in the OG “Core White/Collegiate Navy” colorway.

adidas Consortium is delivering archival sneakers one after the other at the moment, and continuing from its Supergrip and FYW Secant is a four-pack of Rod Lavers.
The Rod Laver appears in four luxurious leather iterations each adopting the classic tennis shoe’s signature “Core White/Collegiate Navy” colorway. By using reptile, ostrich, aniline, and cracked leather techniques, adidas Consortium has delivered a quartet of Rod Lavers that are more luxurious than ever before, each sporting special edition details all around.
For example, the Rod Laver stamp on the tongue is now finished in rose gold-toned foil, while the off white toe bumper and “Collegiate Navy” Trefoil-adorned heel tab are finished in smooth, buffed leather. This material contrasts the bolder patterns such as the reptile and ostrich-finished offerings, but complements the smooth and cracked leather iterations, making them look rather sophisticated.
All four pairs are finished with a yellowed vintage-effect midsole that’s complete with adidas branding and a “Collegiate Navy” outsole that wraps up the toe.
Take a look at the adidas Consortium Rod Laver premium leather collection in the gallery above, and pick up all four pairs from retailers such as Sivasdescalzo and Hanon for £120 GBP each (approx. $156 USD) when they drop on October 16.
