Netflix's 'The I-Land' Explores Isolation's Effect on Human Instinct & Survival
Premiering September 2019.
A new trailer for The I-Land has arrived. Like a mixture of The Hunger Games and cult favorite LOST, this Netflix Original sci-fi thriller plays on human action and reaction in desperate situations:
‘Ten people wake up on a treacherous island with no memory of who they are or how they got there, they set off on a trek to try to get back home. They soon discover this world is not as it seems. Faced with the island’s extreme psychological and physical challenges, they must rise to their better selves — or die as their worst ones.”
Kate Bosworth of Superman Returns fame stars as main character KC, and is joined by the likes of Alex Pettyfer as Brody, Natalie Martinez as Chase and Kyle Schmid as Moses.
