HERESY Looks to the Night Sky With Second SS19 Capsule
Referencing the brand’s signature folklore influences.
Acting as a counterpoint to the sun-influenced “Solar Rite” drop for Spring/Summer 2019, London-based label HERESY has debuted a second SS19 capsule inspired by the night sky. Titled “Astrolore,” the collection references its inspiration through graphics including moons, star clusters and signs.
Elsewhere, HERESY looks to other diverse reference points including “The Old Grey Whistle Test” — a cult British TV music show that ran from the early ’70s until the late ’80s — and Le Voyage dans la Lune, a 1902 French movie. Stand-out pieces in the new drop include a black camp-collar shirt complete with an all-over print of “Astro Folklore”-inspired graphics, as well as shorts, T-shirts and canvas pullovers sporting HERESY branding.
The full collection is available now from the HERESY web store.
