New York’s Engineered Garments returns for Spring/Summer 2020 with a new assortment of graphic-heavy goods. Taking a bold approach to its workwear-adjacent styling, the brand kicks its love of patterns up a notch with a bevy of striped, floral and patchwork pieces.
Familiar pieces, including Bedford jackets, work shirts and Norwegian pants, are all elevated by in-your-face embroidery and patterns evoking the seasonal climate. Embroidered flowers co-mingle with vertical and horizontal stripes in varying colors, with a variety of plaids giving the lighthearted styling an extra jolt of clashing patterns. Muted shades of olive, beige, navy and black help ground the more fanciful accents, with a host of collaborative footwear rounding out the looks; these include the recently-released Suicoke shoes, some extremely bright HOKA ONE ONE silhouettes and understated New Balance 990s that reportedly drop in September.
