According to reports, Sony Pictures Animation is set to adapt Anthony Bourdain‘s Hungry Ghosts graphic novel into an animated series.
Released posthumously last October, the bizarre look into the food world was created by the late celebrity chef, author, and travel documentarian and novelist Joel Rose. Offering another side of the culinary arts, Hungry Ghosts features a twisted world filled of monsters and food-related horrors. The upcoming animated series is set to be a series of culinary-inspired ghost stories that will range in tone and visual style.
