HAVEN Spotlights KAPITAL's Latest Spring/Summer 2019 Collection
Featuring a highly utilitarian 10oz denim fishing vest.
Last month, HAVEN unveiled its collaboration with Clarks, lining ballistic GORE-TEX material over the classic Wallabee silhouette. This time around, the Canadian retailer has placed its spotlight on KAPITAL‘s latest Spring/Summer 2019 collection.
Lensed in a dimly lit warehouse, the HAVEN’s editorial highlights a series of rugged, indigo-rich garments clad in various shades of blue, paisley prints and earthy olive tones. Featured pieces include a thick, 10oz denim biker jacket, jersey with paisley-paneled sleeves and patchwork button-up constructed from lightweight cotton gauze. One highlight is the highly utilitarian 10oz fishing vest that comes finely detailed with brass buttons and adjustable straps.
While workwear designs appear throughout the range, the folk-inspired side of the label is also displayed in the form of garments like the Gabergine Cotton Easy Beach GO Pants, a lightweight cropped summer pant. Another standout piece is the Heavy Waffle Alpine Samu Pullover. The half-sleeved garment comes with a wide collar and three snap button pouch pockets near the bottom, complemented by two at the rear.
Ranging from approximately $33 – $593 USD, KAPITAL’s SS19 Collection will be available in-stores at all HAVEN locations at 2 p.m. EST, May 29. Remaining items will be made available at HAVEN’s website at 4 p.m. EST.
