PUMA ROMA 68 OG Sneaker Makes 2019 Comeback
With the same features and colorway as the 1968 original.

PUMA is no stranger to revisiting the classics, having re-released its 1980s-bred Ralph Sampson OG sneaker earlier this week. The lifestyle brand has quickly followed up with more goods from its archival vault, announcing the revival of its ROMA 68 OG, a model created in 1968 in tandem with Italy’s first-ever Euro Cup Victory that year.
Decades later, the classic silhouette is making its return for 2019 with its signature details intact. Its simple low-top silhouette sets the foundation, while the soft “Whisper White” and “Blue Yonder” colorway recalls the original edition. PUMA has strapped the kicks with a premium leather upper, gum outsole and reinforced heel to retain the sporty elements of the archetype. For branding, a metallic gold “PUMA Roma” logo rests on the side panel, while the brand’s trademark leaping cat sits on the back heels.
Expect the ROMA 68 OG to become available starting April 20 at select retailers, PUMA stores and the label’s website.
