Under Armour Visits the West Coast for Latest UA Forge 96 Drop
Enlisting the support of rising sports stars.
Under Armour heads to the West Coast of America for a lookbook spotlighting the Spring/Summer 2019 colorways of its Forge 96 sneaker. Three colorways inspired by Los Angeles are captured in a lookbook featuring rising sports stars in LA’s Runyon Canyon, Pershing Square, Echo Park and Beverly Hills, echoing the shoes new West Side flair.
Seen in “Black/Petrol Blue/Coded Blue,” “Summit White/Guardian Green/Zap Green” and “Lava/Petrol Blue/Capri,” the Forge 96 features a ’90s-inspired design constructed from mesh and nubuck sitting atop a chunky lightweight sole. Made from EVA foam, the one-piece sole unit combines an overall streamlined look with the aesthetic of a ’90s runner.
