Breitling & Norton Release the Premier Chronograph Watch and Commando 961 Café Racer

Breitling announced last year the beginning of a much welcomed partnership with British motorcycle maker Norton and now, the two have announced the release of the first releases of its collaborative efforts — the Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Norton Edition watch, and the Norton Commando 961 Café Racer MKII Breitling Edition motorcycle.

Coming in a 42mm stainless-steel case, the watch is water-resistant up to 10 bar, or 100 meters. The case is complimented by an engraved plate with the Norton logo on the left, finished with a display caseback with a printed Norton motorcycle logo. A black dial with gold numerals, hour and minute hands pay tribute to Norton’s trademark colors, tied together with a vintage brown raw-leather strap (a stainless-steel band model is also available). The 3 o’clock position holds a chronograph minute counter whilst the 9 o’clock position sits a small seconds subdial, both in contrasting silver. The watch also holds a power reserve of 70 hours.

The Norton Commando 961 Café Racer MKII Breitling motorcycle is a 961 cc bike limited to 77 samples, and features a vintage “B” logo stitched at the saddle, has Breitling designed clusters, and another vintage “B” logo engraved at the clutch box.

While details on the price of the bike are yet to be known, the watch is now available at Breitling for a retail price of € 7,800 EUR (around $8,850 USD).
