Last year, the Beastie Boys released a book and went on a tour in support of it. Surviving members Michael “Mike D” Diamond and Adam “Ad-Rock” Horovitz most recently announced that they will be holding three shows that will be held next month in New York and Philadelphia. The shows, which are called the Beastie Boys Story, will be directed by Spike Jonze. Here are the dates:

04/05 Philadelphia, PA @ The Tower Theater
04/08 Brooklyn, NY @ Kings Theatre
04/09 Brooklyn, NY @ Kings Theatre

The announcement is accompanied by a video, which you can watch above. Tickets go on sale tomorrow (March 16) and you can check out more info here.

Previously, Girl Skateboards celebrates the launch of the Beastie Boys Book with a special capsule collection, which was shot by Spike Jonze during the filming of the group’s iconic “Sabotage” and “Sure Shot” music videos.
