visvim recently announced plans to launch a new bi-yearly magazine, titled Subsequence. Published by Cubism Inc., in Japanese and English, Kosuke Ide will serve as editor-in-chief and Junpei Niki will function as the magazine’s art director.

Limited to 2,000 copies, the new print series is dedicated to passionate craftsmen and artists alike. Exploring “art and crafts in the age of eclecticism,” content found in Subsequence will uncover stories that express perspectives from a wide range of cultures across ages, genders and nationalities.

Priced at $86 USD, Subsequence magazine’s inaugural Volume 1, “The Dearest Issue” is set to release March 1 on subsequence.tv, visvim locations and select retailers.
