Seiko Introduces a "Baby" Version to Its Marine Master
One of the best value watches on the market.

Seiko‘s Prospex line continues to offer up great sports wristwatches that not only perform well for diving, but are perfect for everyday wear. Building off the recent release of the Prospex Turtle Ref. SRPD11, Seiko introduces a “Baby” version to its $5,400 USD SLA02. Coming in two version; one sees a satin-blue dial (SBDC065) with a stainless steel bracelet, while the other one (SBDC071) comes on a rubber strap and is in collaboration with scuba training organization PADI — seen on the co-branded dial and pepsi-colored bezel.
Both automatic watches are powered by a caliber 6R15 movement, and feature a screw down crown, a magnetic resistant case, 50 hours of power reserve, and AR sapphire crystal glass. Rated to 200m, the SBDC071 and SBDC065 are priced at ¥100,000 JPY and ¥120,000 JPY (approximately $900 USD and $1100 USD), respectively. Those interested may have to seek Japanese domestic retailers, as this watch is exclusive to Japan.
