Built around the dynamic, shifting light of maritime environments, the voting initiative presented four distinct seascape concepts inspired by the progression of time from dawn to dusk: Sunrise Orange, Daytime Blue, Late Afternoon Green and Sunset Red. By engaging its community directly, Seiko bridged its deep historical roots with contemporary consumer input, resulting in a fan-selected edition that captures both the heritage of the legendary 62MAS and the shared passion of modern horology collectors.
The fan-voted timepiece inherits the refined ergonomics of Seiko’s updated Prospex 1965 Heritage platform, featuring a 40mm stainless steel case with a super-hard coating, a compact 13mm thickness, and a 46.4mm lug-to-lug span.
