New Balance Modernizes the Classics in Its Brand New 997H Model
The 997 lineage endures in four new colorways.
Hot on the heels of the KITH x United Arrows x nonnative release, New Balance maintains its classic ’90s styles in its newest silhouette, the 997H. Inspired by the iconic 997 and furnished for a modernized look, the 997H model arrives in four new colorways — “raincloud,” “castle rock,” “magnet” and “white.” The new silhouette is offered under $100 along with an enhanced GCEVA construction to maintain the OG upper while incorporating the retooled ENCAP Reveal. The vivid hues, mesh and suede details are all nods to the original 997 sneaker which was initially released in all suede.
