To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the brand, Taiwanese imprint ALIEN EVOLUTION STUDIO® has teamed up alongside G-Shock to launch a murdered-out DW-5900BB timepiece. “BB” at the end of the model number represents what the brand is calling the “BLACKOUT BLACK Series.”

Arriving in a luxe wood case, the overall appearance of the unique watch is doused in a matte black design with contrasting white text. Various branding hits from the studio mark the watch, including a laser-engraved logo on the timepieces rear. The storage box comes in varnished wood with the brand’s logo etched on the top of the box.

The ALIEN EVOLUTION STUDIO® x G-Shock 10th Anniversary DW-5900BB will be exclusively for sale in the G-SHOCK storefront in Taipei as well as AER’s flagship and web store on February 8. The retail price is set at $4,500 TWD (approx. $145 USD).

Be sure to check out the official images above and the campaign video for the collaboration below.
