Sideshow's Latest Collectible Merges Venom & Deadpool
Standing 40 inches tall.
Sideshow and PCS Collectibles have crafted a highly detailed statue of Venompool — a version of the hilarious antihero Deadpool who has been infected with the Venom symbiote — a playable character in the hugely popular Marvel Contest of Champions mobile fighting game.
Standing at a whopping 40 inches tall with a width of 3o inches and depth of 28.5 inches, the massive figure features the monstrous antihero in an aggressive and menacing pose, standing atop a fallen mutant-killing Sentinel, inspired by the stage design of Savage Land within the game. Donning Deadpool’s signature red and black suit, the muscled-out silhouette has a clear resemblance to Venom, with an incredibly detailed textured skin, razor-sharp claws and fangs, and the symbiote’s iconic snaking tongue. All of the mercenary’s weapons are also present, with two katanas worn on its back, and an array of leather utility pouches. As an added touch, the figure features broken metal restraints and chains on all four limbs, emphasizing the antihero’s uncontainable power.
For the Marvel fans out there, Sideshow Collectibles’ latest Venompool figure is now available for pre-order, setting you back $2,500 USD. Orders are limited to two per person, and the collectible is expected to release in the first quarter of 2021. Head over to Sideshow’s website to learn more now.
Elsewhere in the Marvel universe, Ryan Reynolds has confirmed that Deadpool 3 is currently in the works.
