After dropping its denim-clad Air More Uptempo ‘96, Nike is back with the latest update of the silhouette, this time in a bold “Black/Laser Crimson” colorway.

Constructed in a mix of premium suede, rubber and ripstop textiles, the sneakers bear the same mold as the retro basketball silhouette, updated with improved technology and the latest fabrics. The top of the tongue features a crisp white Swoosh embroidered atop a textured leather base. Complemented by breathable mesh, stretchy ripstop materials and thin round laces provide a form-fitting structure for optimal performance on the court. The sidewalls are emblazoned with large “Air” branding over sleek black suede, while raised mudguards are placed below. All of these details sit above an essential Air unit midsole finished off with contrasting black and red gradations on the outsole.

The Nike Air More Uptempo ‘96 “Black/Laser Crimson” will be available at Nike’s website on December 19 for $160 USD.

Elsewhere, No Vacancy Inn and New Balance have released their 850 collaboration.
