Gillette Celebrates Apollo 11 50th Anniversary With Moonscape Razor
Featuring a period-correct NASA “meatball” logo.
Gillette has just released a special razor commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The razor features a 3D-printed moonscape handle that has been crafted at Gillette’s Boston headquarters using stereolithography (SLA) printing technology from Formlabs.
The razor handle also sees a period-correct NASA “meatball” logo at the backside and a debossed “one small step” boot imprint on the front.
Matched with a Fusion5 ProGlide blade, the Razor Maker Apollo can be found over at gillette.com for a price of $65 USD.
