G-SHOCK Debuts Three New Colorways for Skeleton Series
Bridging the gap between classic style and innovative features.

G-SHOCK introduced its Clear Skeleton Series back in April and brought to life the popular DW5600 series of new watches. Inspired by the ’90s transparent handheld and home video game systems, the newest additions to the collection see the DW5600 updated in three shades for a simple yet vivid design. As typical for G-SHOCK, the watchmaker has created a futuristic offering that utilizes nostalgia to bridge the gap between timeless design and edgy, tech-forward details.
These new arrivals, in red, bright blue and green, show off a monochromatic transparent casing and band with staple G-SHOCK functions like the built-in EL backlight and Flash Alert to assist lighting dimly lit areas. In addition to this, the reverse LCD contains a matching color tint to present the cleanest and most minimal design, remaining true to signature DW5600 G-SHOCK style. Featuring iconic structure of shock resistance and 200M water resistance, packaged with a stopwatch, multi-functioning alarm and a countdown timer, the tech focused timepiece hones in on famous G-SHOCK creator Kikuo Ibe’s dream of “creating a watch that never breaks.”
The DW5600SB models are available now for $110 USD on the brand’s website and at select G-SHOCK retailers.
