Bandai & Mizuno Come Together on 'Dragon Ball Z'-Themed Baseball Equipment

A host of surprising Dragon Ball Z goods have cropped up recently, including a real-life Future Trunks outfit and Fused Zamasu’s Potara earrings. Now, Bandai has now teamed up with Mizuno on a series of Dragon Ball Z-themed baseball equipment.
Leading the team-up is a set of catcher’s gear modeled in the look of the Saiyan armor made popular by Vegeta. The chest protector and keg guards feature a white base accented by blue segments and choice hits of metallic gold. Other on-field equipment includes leather mitts that express the color schemes associated with Goku, Piccolo, Frieza and Shenron. Rounding up the collaboration is a set of seven baseballs stowed in detailed display cases that replicate the Dragon Balls at the core of Akira Toriyama‘s expanding manga and anime franchise.
