Woolrich Taps mastermind JAPAN for Winter Capsule
A melding of heritage and streetwear influences.
Following up on a collaboration with BEAMS Plus for its 20th anniversary, Woolrich teams up with streetwear heavyweight mastermind JAPAN for a winter-ready capsule. Marking the first partnership between the two brands, the new collection unites the American legacy of Woolrich with mastermind’s modern aesthetic. Woolrich’s timeless parka, puffer jacket and buffalo check shirt are all reimagined with the Japanese label’s street-influenced designs. The outerwear incorporates mastermind’s signature skull and crossbones logo emblazoned on the hood and back, while collaborative branding is added on the sleeves, tags and buttons–all in a stealthy black colorway. Meanwhile, subtle nods to Woolrich’s rich heritage are infused into the lineup, including the lining of the parka embedding its familiar plaid pattern.
