One Block Down & C.P. Company Join in Heritage-Inspired Tenth Anniversary Capsule
A unique goggle hoodie takes the limelight.
One Block Down and Massimo Osti‘s cult-imprint C.P. Company have come together on a limited-edition capsule collection reworking the label’s most iconic pieces.
The collaboration celebrates One Block Down’s tenth anniversary and sees the introduction of various dual-branded pieces ranging from workwear-indebted jackets and anoraks to the staple goggle hoodie. Other additions include an oversized vest and complementing utility trousers, as well as a selection of bucket hats, logo T-shirts and hoodies inspired by the C.P. Company archives.
One Block Down wanted to capture C.P. Company’s legacy with its collaborative pieces, and as a result, has focused on its use of advanced over-dyeing and corrosion which can be found throughout the collection. Soft denim pays homage to Genoa’s legacy of
indigo-dyed fabrics as well as the label’s DNA, and can be seen frequently in pieces such as the aforementioned vest and goggle hoodie.
While the majority of the collection is available in “Indigo Blue” and “Pink Overdyed” denim, the collaborative T-shirt keeps things simple by appearing in white with black printed branding, and a “Total Eclipse” colorway.
