Engineered Garments Taps Danner for Winter-Ready Mountain Trail Boots
Equipped with the essential Vibram sole unit.
Engineered Garments is back with its latest footwear offerings, following up its HOKA ONE ONE project, this time with a set of winter-ready mountain boots made in collaboration with Danner.
Coming in three rich colorways of brown, leopard and black, the silhouette is covered with a supple faux fur texture all-around its rugged build. The top of the boots sees leather padding along the tongue and collars, complemented by heel pulls along the backstay and eyelet hooks near the top. Securing round laces across the forefoot, the metal eyelets have been placed in a zig-zag arrangement for optimal ergonomic comfort, while the rest of the boots have been kept minimal. All of these details sit above a thick Vibram sole unit that’s been treaded for extra grip. Other details like the embossed “Danner for Engineered Garments” branding on the insole rounds up the footwear collaboration.
