HYPEBEAST Magazine Issue 27: The Kinship Issue

The Kinship Issue features a collaborative cover between UNDERCOVER and Futura. The cover art extends to the magazine’s back cover and comes encased in packaging also featuring the work of Futura. Altogether, the publication explores how personal relationships feed into creative work. It features Angelo Baque, Shaniqwa Jarvis, Cleon Peterson, Helmut Lang, Ghetto Gastro, Illegal Civ and Bode among many others. Preorders are now available with delivery to commence on November 18.

Jun Cha ‘Fighter’ Time-Limited Edition Print

Jun Cha returns with a new time-limited edition print entitled ‘Fighter.’ The artwork measures 32″ tall × 24″ wide, portraying the demigod Hercules from ancient Greek mythology. In regards to the composition, the piece is “based on the sculpture of Bosio’s Hercules fighting the Achelous, this print is produced on special museum etching paper and includes a custom embossment of a skull embracing serpent,” said the artist in a statement.

Pushead x Medicom Toy BE@RBRICK Figures

Medicom Toy returns with a new collaborative BE@RBRICK, this time enlisting iconic visual artist Pushead. The latest edition marks the fourth collaboration between the artist and the Japanese toymaker. The new figure comes in a set of 100% & 400% sizes, covered with a glossy coating over the artist’s signature Earth-toned base.

Hikari Shimoda ‘Lonely Hero and Obake’ Wood Sculpture at Woaw Store

Japanese artist Hikari Shimoda is well-known for her mixed media artworks of manga-inspired characters. The artist’s ‘Lonely Hero and Obake’ sculptural edition with APPortfolio is now exclusively available in-store at Woaw Hong Kong. Limited to a few units, each piece was made from high-quality birch wood.
