10 Corso Como and Reebok have joined forces for a crisp new take on the classic Aztrek Double runner. Infusing the silhouette with a healthy dose of high-end flair — by way of alternate materials and a stark colorway — the renowned Italian retailer has provided some modern-day updates without compromising the Aztrek’s original ideology.
Uppers are dressed in chalky white shades, with accents arriving via a soft grey mudguard and black 10 Corso Como branding on the lateral midfoot. Although the soft hues intentionally lean towards the simple side of the spectrum, the medley of materials that are used ramp up the style considerably.
Hits both equestrian and oceanic in nature are present, thanks to white pony hair on the midfoot’s vector graphic and white stingray leather on the top set of eyestays. The rest of the overlays opt to keep things simple, matching the base layer to let the boldest accents stand out as much as possible. Meanwhile, midsoles are beefed up for extra chunky texture and feature Reebok’s signature DMX cushioning for enhanced comfort.
The 10 Corso Como x Reebok Aztrek Double will release on December 1 at retailers like Sneakersnstuff. The MSRP is set at a palatable $90 USD.
On the other end of Reebok’s collaborative spectrum, the brand recently teamed with South Korean upstarts KANGHYUK for a weathered black patchwork take on the SRS Sole Fury, created for Dover Street Market‘s 15th anniversary.
