Ms. Marvel Will Reunite Earth's Mightiest Heroes in 'Marvel's Avengers'

Fresh out of New York Comic Con, SQUARE ENIX has announced that Ms. Marvel will be the upcoming Marvel’s Avengers‘ sixth playable character — with a crucial role to play.

Also known as Kamala Khan, the latest trailer gives fans a closer look at the polymorphic superhero who received her Inhuman powers during A-Day, the catastrophe that kickstarts the events of Marvel’s Avengers. The trailer shows Khan convincing Bruce Banner aka Hulk to help her bring the Avengers back together, with the two then in conversation with Tony Stark aka Iron Man. Khan reveals to Stark that the Avengers were set up and that Captain America’s death was actually a murder.

As the game’s sixth playable character, Khan will join the ranks of Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Black Widow in their quest to restore justice and peace in a post-A-Day world.

Marvel’s Avengers is slated for release May 15, 2020 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia and PC. For now, check out the new trailer above, and stay tuned as more updates are set to roll in.
