Le Creuset's Star Wars Cookware Line Features a Darth Vader Dutch Oven & More
Diehard fans have nine new products to add to their kitchen.
Le Creuset is teaming up with Disney to produce a range of new cookware that takes all of its inspiration from the Star Wars franchise.
Specifically, Le Creuset’s new Star Wars-themed collection features a Porg pie bird, Death Star trivet, Millennium Falcon trivet, BB-8 Mini Cocotte, C-3PO Mini Cocotte, R2-D2 Mini Cocotte, Darth Vader Round Dutch Oven, Han Solo Carbonite Signature Roaster. Prices range from $20 USD for the Millennium Falcon and Death Star trivets and $25 USD for the Porg pie bird to $395 for the Darth Vader Round Dutch Oven and $450 USD for the Han Solo Carbonite Signature Roaster. The crown jewel of the line appears to be a very rare, special-edition Tatooine Round Dutch Oven, which boasts a hand-painted exterior and takes its design cues from the “desert planet with captivating binary sunsets.” Only nine Tatooine Round Dutch Ovens were manufactured, and purchasing one will set you back $900 USD.
