Gakuro Reinterprets Vintage Sportswear With its FW19 Capsule
The latest from the rising South Korean label.
Shortly after unveiling its Fall/Winter 2019 collection, rising South Korean label Gakuro is back with a capsule that continues its focus on patchwork garments.
Once again produced in collaboration with artist Anabrine, the limited range is comprised of 13 military-inspired items crafted of vintage sportswear from the ’60s-’90s. The MA-1 jackets and M-51 pants found in the collection feature relaxed silhouettes defined by striking paneling expressing obscured branding and unique color blocking. The bomber jackets are also reversible and filled with 3M Synthrate for superior heat retention.
