Cav Empt Bolsters Cold-Weather Offerings in 15th FW19 Collection Drop
Featuring a plethora of mid-layers, a down vest, and more.
Riding last week’s drop, ardent Japanese streetwear brand Cav Empt has returned with the 15th drop of its Fall/Winter 2019 lineup. Once again relishing in fall-ready attire, the latest drop moves away from the usual T-shirt and base-layer offerings, bolstering its mid-layer and light outerwear pieces for the encroaching colder months.
Featuring eight pieces in total, the drop’s various highlights include the Noise Fleece Zip Hoodie, SQ Down Vest, Line Loose Net Knit, as well as the online exclusive Overdye A Mere…. T-shirt. Taking the brand’s iconic Noise Print, the Noise Fleece Zip Hoodie arrives in an eye-catching blue and red colorway and has been constructed out of jacquard boa fleece, offering a fuzzy textural feel on the exterior. The SQ Down Vest is the brand’s first foray into more winter-centric attire for this season, offered up in a brownish-gray that features a Ziggurat graphic patch on the rear. The Line Loose Net Knit similarly follows through with cold-weather attire, featuring a boxy silhouette with color-blocked panels in yellow and orange that run vertically against the loose beige knit backdrop. Rounding out this week’s highlights is the Tokyo flagship and online exclusive Overdye A Mere… T-shirt, which features embroidered graphics on the front and back.
More pieces from this week include the Overdye Panel Zip Hoodie in navy, with poly-ribbing marking the shoulder and back, the Overdye Squad Crew Neck in charcoal, two colorways of the True Nature Long Sleeve T-Shirt (equally exclusive to the Tokyo flagship and online store), and lastly the Side Pocket Pants in bio-washed brown.
