Along with preparing his presentation for Off-White™‘s Fall/Winter 2019 collection at Paris Fashion Week, Virgil Abloh is also gearing up to hold an exclusive-filled pop-up in Paris.

The Louis Vuitton Artistic Director and Off-White™ Creative Director recently announced his upcoming “Floral Shop” experience. Set to take place at the Hôtel Costes, the pop-up will feature the latest handbag and sneaker designs from Off-White™, accompanied by the launch of Virgil’s eponymous jewelry line and flower arrangements.

The first release from the “Virgil Abloh™” jewelry line will be comprised of necklaces, earrings and other small accessories inspired by the common office paper clip. In a recent interview, Virgil noted that his jewelry line, which has been in development for three years, will apparently be “a crash — it’s a paper clip, but it’s also pavé diamonds made in a very specific way.” Off-White™’s new women’s handbag design, the Jitney, builds on the brand’s established carrying options adding a rotating arrow cross logo magnetic lock closure.

Finally, the flowers will be simple curation of bouquets done by Virgil that reveal his deep interest in floral art. In the aforementioned interview, Virgil also reveals how flowers may be his exit strategy from clothing. “When I’m old and done, I will be in some remote town somewhere owning a flower shop. I have the concept already done. But that’s what I’m into most. It’s going to be super weird, super remote. I’ll be over it all and I’ll just be, like, putting creativity into bouquets. Who knows, it might be soon?”

Virgil Abloh’s eponymous jewelry line and new Off-White™ items will be available for pre-order exclusively at a Hôtel Costes pop-up shop in Paris from January 17 to 29.
