Nike's Hybrid Airquent Sneaker Boot Is Now Available
Vapormax meets More Uptempo, meets Sock Dart.
Nike WMNS’s hybrid take on the Vapormax Light 2 finally hits stores. Appearing as something like a luxe-take on a technical boot, the Nike Airquent borrows cues from the Nike Sock Dart, seen in the toe portions; the Nike More Uptempo, most noticeably in the large “AIR” bubble-text at the side; the Marc Newson x NikeLab Air VaporMax, shown at the ankle portions of the opening; and finally, the Nike Air VaporMax Light 2, with its bold heel cup and chunky Vapormax outsole.
Similar to what some of the fashion houses are putting out, a laceless silhouette that’s easy to put on and take off, the Airquent Sneaker Boot is defined by it distinctive Nike “AIR” branding. While the color options of burgundy, and black speak of elegance and sophistication, the large logo is just enough touch of fun for daily wear.
Priced at $150 USD, the AirQuent Sneaker boot is available now at NIKE, and select retailers like Footlocker.
