Yung Lean Releases Experimental 'Nectar' Album Under Alias jonatan leandoer127
Accompanied by a music video for “Wooden Girl” and “Off With Their Heads.”
Continuing to prove the range of his musicality, Yung Lean recently dropped a new album under his experimental jonatan leandoer127 alias.
Titled Nectar, the nine-track project features an array of guitar driven cuts expressing jonatan’s distorted and natural singing. Notable songs include the melancholic “Psycho’s in Charge,” contrastingly upbeat “My Guardian” and spoken word-like “Porcelain.”
jonatan leandoer127 also released a joint music video for “Wooden Girl” and “Off With Their Heads” off of Nectar. Directed by Hanna Nilsson and Rasmus Svensson, the dual visual kicks off with a stop-motion expression of “Wooden Girl,” leading into jonatan channeling Marie Antoinette for the “Off With Their Heads” section.
