adidas to Host 'MakerLab' Runway Show at Paris Fashion Week Men's
Featuring a workshop with David Beckham.

German-based sportswear brand adidas is taking steps to further support the next generation of young talents. The label recently announced that it will be hosting a runway presentation during Paris Fashion Week Men’s, highlighting three emerging designers who will show off their new projects.
Partnering with the British Fashion Council and council ambassador David Beckham, London-based designers Priya Ahluwalia, Paolina Russo, and Nicholas Daley will showcase their new designs at adidas’ “MakeLab Presents: Here to Create” presentation at Garage Amelot, the same venue where Virgil Abloh recently showcased Off White™’s Spring/Summer Ready-to-Wear 2019 collection. The venue will also be used as the showroom for the brand’s upcoming Statement and Consortium collections, equally being the location for the Y-3 runway show.
Ahead of the event, a MakerLab workshop with David Beckham hopes to invite local design students to further delve into their creativity.
