The Oikos Breakneck George was completed earlier this year and, despite its small 70 sq. meter size, is a perfectly eye-catching home. The name of the residence is derived from the ancient Greek word for home and the space is designed specifically for luxury short-stays. Based on an elevation near Victoria’s Hepburn Springs, the home blends perfectly into its surroundings.
The exterior uses cortex steel cladding for durability purposes, while the interior keeps things minimal and sleek. The bedroom looks out onto the surroundings, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Take a look through the gallery above to see the space for yourself.
