We’ve all seen videos of fans getting up on stage with their idols only to make complete fools of themselves — not this kid. At Mac Demarco’s recent performance at Lowlands Festival in the Netherlands, one member of the crowd held up a banner that read: “Hey Mac, may I play a song with you?” Demarco being the cool and fun type was more than happy to oblige asking the kid what part he wanted to play.

Upon handing the self-pronounced Dice the guitar, Demarco and his band begun the fan favorite “Freaking Out The Neighbourhood.” Dice starts bobbing along to the rhythm and strumming the chords as if he was the man Demarco himself. The crowd and the band are instantly taken aback, but towards the end of the song, they are going wild at the surprise performance. Watch the clip of the talented fan above.

In other music news, Grimes has compiled a playlist of her favorite songs and its got some real bangers on it.
