Converse Reveals the Brand New Run Star Y2K
The new silhouette from the company.
Converse has unveiled its latest silhouette, called the Run Star Y2K. The shoe debuted at JW Anderson’s SS19 show in a variety of colorways and now the sportswear company has showcased the standard colorways for the shoe, coming in white, red and black respectively.
The shoe uses contrast panels to the heel, toe and tongue with a one star cutout pattern to the side while using suede and mesh throughout. It sits upon a chunky EVA midsole with a shark sole tread for extra grip. The Converse Run Star costs $90 USD and is available now from Converse’s web store.
In other news, the Nike Air Max Deluxe is now available in a “Volt/Habanero Red” colorway.
