With a full head of steam, A$AP Mob and AWGE dropped a surprise 20-plus-minute video collage on awgeshit.com. AWGE DVD, as the retro title screen reads, features a five-minute freestyle from A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert and Metro Boomin, intermingled with a montage of behind-the-scenes, on the road, studio, clips with Tyler, The Creator, Playboi Carti, Chief Keef, A$AP Ferg, The Weeknd, and many more.
Bronx filmmaker Hidji Films teased the video on his Instagram late Friday, mentioning this is just part 1, so let’s hope there’s more footage to come. It’s hard to say what’s the better watch, the freestyle or the BTS clips, but Rocky’s Under Armour line — $10 million Under Armour, still do a deal with Nike, did we get cut, not likely — certainly grabbed our attention as we recently asked “Do Lifestyle Ambassador Deals Really Mean Anything?“
