This Custom Nike Air Force 1 Pays Tribute to A$AP Mob & A.S. Roma
A bespoke tribute crafted by Rich Franklin.
To commemorate the launch of the new Fancy store in New York’s SoHo neighborhood, the retailer debuted a set of bespoke sneakers crafted by Rich Franklin. The event hosted a pop-up shop of goods related to the A.S. Roma football club — thus, that color palette formed the base of customized Air Max 1, Air Jordan 1 and Air Force 1 sneakers.
Accompanying the aforementioned trio of sneakers is another bespoke Air Force 1 that honors both A.S. Roma and A$AP Mob. The club’s colors and kit pattern adorn the upper, while its badge is printed on a leather patch on the tongue. Flyknit panels allow for maximum breathability, while leather trim ties in with the plush aesthetic. Meanwhile, the “A$AP WORLDWIDE” emblem is printed on the heel, serving as the primary nod to the rap group.
