UPDATE: Nicki Minaj has also been added to list of performers for this year’s MTV VMAs.

Travis Scott and Post Malone have been added to the list of musicians scheduled to perform on the MTV VMAs stage for this year’s ceremony. The two platinum artists will join a roster that already includes Jennifer Lopez, Shawn Mendes, Logic — who performed at last year’s outing – and Ariana Grande.

The 2018 MTV VMAs will go down on Monday, August 20 in New York City and air on 9 p.m. EST that same night. While last year’s VMAs received the worst ratings in the event’s history, time will tell if the addition of popular acts like Travis Scott and Post Malone will give the late-summer show a much-needed boost.
