Watch Thundercat Go to Japan in Video For "Tokyo"

Thundercat has released the first visuals from his latest album, Drunk, in the form of a new video for the track “Tokyo.” The clip sees the bass-loving musician take us on a tour of the eponymous city, paying visit to a variety of staple venues. The suitably lo-fi clip includes cat cafés, old-school Street Fighter 2 machines and some mandatory travel through Tokyo’s sprawling public transport system.

The video forms the latest instalment in the promotion of the project, having announced his tour dates back in may. Previously, the last we saw of Thundercat, he was giving an incredible performance of “Show You The Way to Go.”
