Nike SB is readying the release of an Air Force 2 Low model, drawing creative inspiration from the fan-favorite Air Foamposite One. Believed to be part of an upcoming “Rivals Pack,” which includes Nike Skateboarding’s take on the Air Jordan 11, the duo will pay homage to the hotly-contested battles Michael Jordan and Penny Hardaway thrilled fans with throughout the ‘90s.
The shoe calls attention to its “Neon Royal” Foamposite-fashioned upper with stark black landing on the vamp, lacing system, tongue, heel and inner lining. A clean white midsole and an icy-translucent outsole tie the hoops-inspired look together. Expected to fetch a price of $105 USD, this themed Air Force 2 Low will make its way to select Nike stockists sometime in November.
In other footwear-related news, Crocs closed its last two remaining manufacturing plants.
