Lil Wayne Releases New Single "Quasimodo"
Will it appear on ‘Tha Carter V?’
To hold fans over while they wait for his highly-anticipated album, Tha Carter V, Lil Wayne has just released a new single titled “Quasimodo.”
Originally surfacing as a leak via DatPiff, the single has turned out to be the real thing. On the track, Lil Wayne can be heard rapping about trapping and even uses Drake‘s famous YOLO statement. Take a full listen to “Quasimodo” above. So far it is unknown whether or not the track will be featured on Tha Carter V, but stay tuned for more details.
Tha Carter V was originally set for a 2013 release date. During Wayne’s recent show in Miami, he told fans, “Just to let y’all know I had a meeting today, it wasn’t a long meeting. Just so y’all know the meeting was about the release date of Tha Carter f*cking V.”
