Lauryn Hill Announces 'MLH Caravan: A Diaspora Calling!' Tour

After a successful original instalment in Brooklyn back in April, Lauryn Hill has announced a full MLH Caravan: A Diaspora Calling! tour across the US. Kicking off at the end of August, the TIDAL and Live Nation-presented tour will feature different performances from “artists throughout the African diaspora.” Special guests and additional dates will be announced in the next few weeks.

“The MLH Caravan allows me to continue the theme of unity and celebration of the many facets of cultural and artistic beauty throughout the African diaspora while on tour this summer and fall. In these days of tension, tumult and transition, an exchange of this kind can yield direction, expression, understanding and empowerment as well as connection, self-love and appreciation that hopefully overflows into our respective communities.”

Previous performers at the festival have included Machel Montano (Trinidad), Stephen “Ragga” Marley (Jamaica), and Stonebwoy (Ghana). See the tour dates below.
