Last week, OG Maco was involved in a near fatal car accident that left him with multiple skull fractures, cracked vertebrae, a broken orbital, and heart palpitations. While preparing for surgery, the Georgia rapper has taken to social media to keep fans in the loop about his condition; at first, he posted a string of tweets detailing his injuries and cracking jokes about his appearance. From there, he’s been posting a range of tongue-in-cheek tweets photos during his recovery. Today, Maco has shared a photo without his eye patch on, revealing that he has lost his right eye. He also went in on people who were doubting and ridiculing him online in the caption, calling out the “bastards that had all these jokes like I really didn’t lose an eye” and weighing in on a “world where the do-ers and dreamers are ridiculed more than losers.” See the Instagram post and Maco’s tweets below.
