A Mysterious LA Billboard Hints a Kanye West and Drake Collaboration Is Near
Are Ye and Drizzy teaming up sooner than we thought?
A mysterious billboard has appeared in LA this past weekend featuring the message “calabasas is the new abu dhabi” and the logos of both West’s label G.O.O.D. Music and Drake’s OVO Sound underneath. What does it mean? It could mean that a Drake and Kanye collaboration is coming sooner than we thought. During his performance at this year’s OVO Fest, West revealed that he and the Canadian rapper might have a joint album in the works. Prior to that, OVO Sound Radio tweeted that a “collaborative tape” between the two rappers will be released in 2016.
This isn’t the first Drake-related billboard to appear in LA in recent weeks. Just ahead of the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, Drizzy showcased his love for RiRi with a large sign to congratulate the singer.
