Burberry’s FW18 High-Top Trainers Take on a Slick “Triple Black” Color Scheme
First spotted at London Fashion Week.

Part of Burberry’s Fall/Winter 2018 London Fashion Week presentation — the very show that concluded Christopher Bailey’s tenured run at the high-end house – are these contemporary high-top trainers. Having already previewed the silhouette decked out in the label’s signature “Vintage Check” motif brings us now to explore its clean “Triple Black” counterpart.
A stylized mix of suede, neoprene, and mesh form the uppers, which features a branded velcro strap sitting below the lacing system used to help ensure a secure, lockdown fit. Rounding out the on-trend design is a chunky rubber sole unit, adding functional flair to the luxury sneaker interpretation. Priced at $650 USD, these Burberry High-Top trainers are available now at matchesfashion.com.
